Land plots with a total area of ​​122 thousand hectares are further allocated for “Far Eastern hectares” in the Khabarovsk Territory. The decision was made in accordance with the bill approved in the first reading at a meeting of the Legislative Duma of the province on June 21.

This was reported by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East.

The recipients of the “Far Eastern hectares” will be provided with a ten-kilometer territory, closed up to this point, located around Komsomolsk-on-Amur, with the exception of certain settlements and horticultural associations flooded in 2013. On the land near the city of Youth expect great demand.

The draft law also provides for the allocation of land near the village of Pokrovka in the Bikinsky district of the province. The opening of new territories will increase the interest of buyers of “Far Eastern hectares” and will have a positive impact on the involvement of lands in circulation.

Deputy Minister of Investment and Land and Property Policy of the Territory Rinat Mazitov said that it is planned to bring the infrastructure to four Khabarovsk agglomerations of “Far Eastern hectares” until 2020.
